Property Search Consultant Terms and Fees

REGISTRATION FEE: £500. A non-refundable fee, payable prior to commencement of search. Registration runs for 4 calendar months.

FINDERS FEE: 1.5% of the purchase price of the property introduced by GA Property Search, payable upon exchange of contracts, to be settled within 14 days.

TENANCY: Registration fee of £500. Tenancy fee is 1 months rental on signature of tenancy, to be settled within 14 days. In the event that the rental property is subsequently purchased then the finders fee of 1.5% still applies less the tenancy fee of 1 months rental.

All costs incurred during the purchase, e.g. surveyors and solicitors' fees will be paid directly by the client.
